Foster Report Card

BHRSC appreciates your taking a foster hound into your home.  We rely on foster homes to provide basic information on the hound and his/her likes, dislikes and unique qualities. 

Below is a Foster Report Card to fill out for each of your foster hounds.

Give your foster a week or two to settle in before you begin training and evaluating your hound and then go through each of the items below and grade you fosters performance.  It's not necessary to complete all the items in a single day or week.  Take you time.  You can regrade your foster over time - especially when they've improved in multiple areas.
